Who do we work with and support?

While we focus on helping investors benefit from the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), there’s a bigger picture. As official NRAS partners, we’re also committed to ensuring the Scheme benefits Australia too, improving the quality and availability of affordable housing nationwide.

That’s why, in addition to working in partnership with a host of government and professional partners, we also lend our support to associated charity organisations.

Our professional affiliations

  • The Property Council of Australia. The leading advocate for Australia’s $600 billion property industry, the Property Council of Australia has a broad membership comprising a majority of the nation’s major investors, property owners and developers, as well as the industry’s professional service and trade providers.
  • Livable Housing Australia. Established in 2011, Livable Housing Australia is a not-for-profit partnership between community and consumer groups, government and the residential building industry, championing the design and development of safer, more comfortable and easier to access homes for everybody.
  • The Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service resolves disputes between consumers — including some small businesses — and member financial services providers.
  • The Australian Institute of Management. A not-for-profit entity, AIM invests in the creation of education products, alternative education channels and learning support materials, with the sole purpose of advancing management and leadership in commerce, industry and government.
  • Shelter WA. Part of National Shelter, Australia’s national peak housing advocacy organisation, Shelter WA is the peak housing body for affordable housing, dedicated to the elimination of homelessness and housing-related poverty.

The charities we support

  • The Salvation Army. An international movement, the Salvation Army offers a diverse range of services and programs targeting social problems and areas of need in the community.
  • Habitat for Humanity. The world’s number one not-for-profit provider of housing for low-income families living in poverty, Habitat for Humanity gives families the opportunity to be healthier, happier and more secure, ultimately supporting and empowering stronger, sustainable communities.
